Jennifer Lee Keeter

Jennifer’s favorite aspect of practicing landscape architecture is the necessity within the design process of getting to know both places and people in order to foster greater personal connections to the landscape. Throughout her youth, she went on weekly walks through the deciduous forest that bordered her back yard in Michigan. She studied Architecture at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis. She then earned a MLA from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she received an ASLA Certificate of Honor upon graduation from the GSD for her collective body of design work and academic research. She joined Reed Hilderbrand in 2014 and currently manages a mixture of residential and institutional projects, including Camp Merrie-Woode and Goodthyme Farm. Jennifer is also an assistant dance teacher at her local studio and recommends Catherynne M. Valente’s speculative fiction book In the Night Garden.
